HO Rockhill #5 Mine Fan House

Every mine operation needs a fan house! This mining fan house is based on Rockhill #5 mine fan house drawings by Ron Pearson. It housed a large fan that forced air down into the mine. The air ventilation was necessary for the miners to breathe and to remove dangerous gases such as methane, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon monoxide.

This Monster Model Works kit uses 3D engraved Concrete Block basswood sheets taken from photos of real concrete block. The doors and windows are laser cut from Lazerboard and are easy to assembly. HO-scale.
